HJLC offers only fine quality products and believe that you will be satisfied with all of your purchases. However if you are not completely satisfied with our products, you can simply return unused and unopened boxes (in original and resalable condition) for refund.

Refund Calculation:
- For example if you purchased 4 bottles, used two and decided to return 2 bottles, your refund amount will be based on 2 bottles in combination with following conditions:
- Refund can be requested within 180 days form the date of purchase. Proof of purchase required.
- Please email us at returns@hjlc.co.uk to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number. We will not accept any package without prior approval and an assigned (RMA) Number.
- Refund will be given only on the products being returned in original packaging, unused and in unopened packaging and in resalable condition. Sorry, no refund on open and used products. Refunds will be pro-rated.
- If we paid the shipping on your behalf (free- shipping), shipping charges listed in this page, will be deducted first, before calculating the refunded amount.
- The customer shall pay all shipping charges for returned product back to us unless the nature of the return is due to shipping error made by us. Refunds will be issued minus postage and handling. There will be a 15% restocking and handling charges will be applied to all the returned goods.
- 15% restocking charge will be waived if you decide to use your refund for exchange or replace with other in-store products.
- We recommend shipping with a carrier that offers insurance and package tracking. We are NOT responsible for damaged or lost returns.

We ship via Royal Mail Post to all countries worldwide. Shipping charges depends on the actual weight of the shipping box. Below is a guideline for shipping charges. The rates below are economical rates and do not come with tracking. Should you require to have a tracking number for your shipment, email us and we can find a best rate for you. You can expect to pay more for tracking service.
